I was informed by Lisa Bauer, Customer Service, that Flexsteel provided no replacement for worn out seatcovers. She advised me I bought a motorhome with less quality covers instead of a more durable cover.
I was not informed of this at the time of purchase. There are apparently different grades of "ultraleather" which I wasnt made aware of until my seats became worn and unsightly.
I have contacted BBB for support stating my issue was not being informed of the lesser quality of covers at the time of purchase. Warranty is not the issue.
