The fabric on my chair and ottoman is of poor quality. It is shredding with strings coming out of the seams.

They are calling it pilling so that they don't have to honor the warranty. It's not even a year old, but it looks so bad I have to get rid of it.

Bought love seat from Olan Mills furniture store in 2017 in Odessa Tx: the motor cracked on the right side recliner. Need to purchase replacement motor(I have part number) to repair.

Sofa leg will not retract and poses tripping hazard. I have MS and use a walker so am concerned about tripping

Barely 2 years old leather seats on their Broadway Electric Loveseat in Shale color wore horribly. Over $2300 out the door you would expect I would get more use.

This is in a non smoking 2 adult home. This seat cost me over $1000 a year to own. Customer service just kept referring me to place it was purchased who now won t even carry Flexsteel. They Do Not stand behind their product.

Save yourself the aggravation. Looks good wears poorly.

The back and sides of the sofa and chair are vinyl and do not match the leather on the front. Its very obvious in normal lighting when the chair and sofa backs are visible.

The furniture looks cheap because of this fault. I would never recommend Flexsteel.

I own 6 pieces of "Flexshit" of which only 2 have been at best satisfactory! One piece a rocker recliner, the metal pieces are crap.

The cross bracing started breaking after 4 years which they don't replace components and was told I would have to replace the complete carriage assembly! My advice is stay away from Flexsteel ***

I purchased a Flexsteel sofa for over $2000. It has excessive piling and the cushions are waving.

Flexsteel says to shave it. I will be shaving nonstop and probably have no fabric left. It started after 6 weeks of use snd has steadily declined.

This looks like I got it out of a dumpster. I have owned many pieces of furniture through the years and never have I experienced anything like this.

Flexsteel used to mean quality but since they moved everything out of the country it is now total garbage.

Spent $8,250.00 on what was supposed to be top of the line Flexsteel sectional. Within a year the leather started looking like there was dirt imbedded in the leather.

My wife took a rag and water and tried to wipe off the areas.

The areas just got bigger throughout the entire sectional. Found out the dye is coming out of the leather.

We just got done paying off this furniture. The grey, supposed leather, is faded and cracking on the rocker, couch and loveseat.

Would not recommend buying, I really don't think it's actual leather. This was expensive and is total junk.

Purchased my electric recliner about two years ago. Very soon became difficult to exit the chair.

Butt is in *** Felt like being crushed upon retracting. Doubled up heavy cardboard between springs and cushion. No help. I have now removed that and put extra pillow cushion amounting to about 4 deep.

Feels good now.

Well see. Shouldnt have to re-engineer my chair.

I have a motor home w/Flexsteel seating. It's pink.

I detest pink. I want advice on how to change it to grey

Bought the flex steel Henry leather sofa. Within in a year the leather started to fade all over the sofa.

The sofa has been back to be serviced twice only to be fading in serviced areas and elsewhere. Called Flex Steel multiple times only to be directed back to retailer.

The cushions in my $2000.

00 reclining couch are shot and don't know how to get it repaired or why flexsteel won't return calls.
